By looking around the site you will find good summaries of English family law and its procedures. I also offer useful advice based upon many years of specialist experience. You will also find many valuable links. Use them - but do come back because most of what you need will be found here.

I have not forgotten that many people cannot obtain Public Funding yet also cannot afford to instruct a lawyer to do everything for them. This site is partly to help you. Do come back often.
